This Institute is situated west side of Village Ishopur, Post Rampur, Tahsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur NH31. Ram Karan Inter College Ishopur, Rampur, Ghazipur was established in July-1968 by the Honorable Late Mr. Ram Karan Singh Yadav. At the starting time institution got junior high school temporary accreditation, At that time this institution's name was Krishak Laghu Madhyamik School, Ishopur Rampur, Ghazipur. Institution got the permanent accreditation by Education Deputy Director Pancham Mandal in 9-March-1976, Then after Institution got the literacy accreditation by the Board of Secondary Education Uttar Pradesh Allahabad in 12-December-1979.
At that time school's name was Krishak Higher secondary school, Ishopur Rampur, Ghazipur. After this , Institution got additional science accreditation by Additional Secretary Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh Regional Office, Varanasi in 12-July-1985. After transform into Higher education Institution name changed Krishak Higher secondary school ,Ishopur Rampur Ghazipur to Ramkaran Inter College Isopur,Rampur ,Ghazipur by Education Deputy Director Pancham Mandal. After a few years Institution additional accredited for literary class by Additional Secretary, Board of Secondary Education Uttar Pradesh, Regional Office Varanasi in 15-April-1992. Then after institution got accreditation of Science by Additional Secretary Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh Regional Office in 18-April-2005. The institution is continuously getting steps forward since its establishment. College has sufficient infrastructure for class room,Library,Lab and Lab related equipements. College has huge ground for prayer . A Play ground is situated east side of college which surround by boundary. College specially takes care about good education related activity.
